We started phase 1 in feb with 6-7 meals a day
April he was eating 7 meals a day

Key Notes from his training: he did no cardio, he worked out 7 days a week, posed 4 to 5 days a week, 4-6 hours of sleep per day.
Key Notes from his nutrition:6-7meals a day , no food after 5. boiled chicken and squash for the last 2 1/2 weeks.
