5 ways to get back into shape

My top 5 secrets to help get you back into shape are:

  1. Do extra cardio before or after your workout.

  2. Park your car farther away then normal.

  3. Control your breathing when exercising ( inhale slow exhale more)

  4. Take a tougher class (cardio boxing , strength and agility , kettlebell) on top of your normal workout routine

  5. walk run! Walk for 2min and run for 1.5 min
