This morning for the first time I took cardio kickboxing class with Tony Brye. Everyone has been trying to convince me to take this class for over a year but I was very resistant because it was something new. Now after the class I must say I thoroughly enjoyed myself, got a GREAT workout and have found a new alternative to my usual cardio routine. For those of you who are looking for something to put that spark back in your routine/workouts, come to The Training Floor and try cardio kickboxing. Simply put “Perfection”
