APRIL CLASS SCHEDULE

This month we kick off our spring class schedule. We are very proud to be adding our outdoor schedule.

All Classes to be will be taught outside depending on weather conditions.

April class schedule:

Monday:    

 5:00am      Boot camp(advanced)

6:ooam  Beginner Boot Camp

6:30pm  Strength and Agility (limited to 12 must sign up on Friday must sign up on Friday)

 

Tuesday:    

7:00am  Buff Brides Boot Camp (April 14) Getting ready for the summer wedding

9:30am       Fusion

6:30pm      Kettlebell class (beginner)

Wednesday:  

5:00am      Boot camp

4:30pm       Kid’s Boot Camp

 6:30pm      Beginner Strength and Agility

Thursday:      

6:30pm     Cardio boxing (sign up on Monday)

7:30pm     Cardio boxing (sign up on Monday)

 6:30pm    Kettlebell class (advanced you must take at least 3 beginner classes)

Friday:       

6:00am        Strength and Agility  OPEN Class (for all levels)

Saturday:   

6:00am     Boot camp

7:00am Buff Brides Boot Camp (Begins April 18) Getting ready for the summer wedding

12:00pm   Kids boot camp
