How has your trainer benefited your life/ health?
The day I called the number on the door I spoke to George, I was at around 260 pds.just laying
on my stomach I was having a hard time breathing, low endurance,
etc.George understood my situation and started working on me to get me
back to healthier life and we talked about what foods I should be eating
What were your initial goals and how’s training gotten you progressing toward them?
My goal is to get down to around 210 with a lot less fat and
more muscle, since I been training with George, I’ve lost around 20pds,
gained some muscle, and my clothing are getting bigger which is a good
What’s your favorite exercise to do with your trainer?
It doesn’t matter
all of them are good, but i would lean towards boxing, it gets the heart
pumping and those lungs breathing.
What’s your favorite meal? Egg whites and swiss on a whole wheat wrap,
grilled chicken, and salads.
What would you say to people about the training floor or who never have
had a personal trainer and are considering one? All the trainers at The
Training Floor are dedicated for what they do, it’s something to
appreciate, they always have a positive attitude, there is no bad attitude
here, and they don’t give up on you. And that’s what you want, that is the
fuel that keeps you going back as well as getting to your goal.
