How has you trainer benefitted your life/ health? George has made my strength greatly improved especially upper body and core. I have no more back problems. Also, overall focus on conditioning has also translated into better eating habits.
What were your initial goals and how’s training gotten you progressing toward them? . Initial goals were general–get in better shape, reduce weight, alleviate lower back pain. All done.
What’s your favorite exercise to do with your trainer? Favorite exercise is also sometimes most disliked! Ropes.
What’s your favorite meal? All fish.
What would you say to people about the training floor or who never have had a personal trainer and are considering one? Training Floor combines with fun with real pros in conditioning/training. Highly recommend them!
