/Easy Chicken With Balsamic Vinaigrette/
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbs Dijon mustard
2 tbs fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, chopped tbsp olive oil

4 boneless skinless breasts

1 Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
2 Combine the vinaigrette and chicken breast pieces in a large resalable plastic bag. Seal and toss to

4 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken breast on a large greased baking dish. Roast until chicken breasts are cooked through, about 20-30 min depending on their size.
5 Remove chicken from pan and slice each cutlet. Arrange serving plates and drizzle with vinaigrette
