GUESS WHO’S GETTING READY FOR APRIL 25???

George Kitmiridis is training very hard for his up coming natural bodybuilding show on Saturday April 25.

With less than 6 weeks left to train George’s diet has reduced to the minimum of rice cakes and plan grilled chicken.

His workouts have changed to more analbolic routine : drop sets , supersets and less than 30 seconds rest time in between sets.

 

George is on track perfectly for his ideal 175lb competition weight which puts him in the welter weight class .

Posing is now up to 45 minutes a day and his water intake is almost 2 gallons a day.
