One of the biggest challenges to eating healthy is finding the time to do it. But while it may be tempting to justify your fast food lunches by saying you “just don’t have time to eat healthy,” in the end you are only setting yourself up for a rocky road in the years to come.

Don’t let time get the better of you. Once you read and follow the tips below you won’t be able to make any more excuses; you’ll be able to eat nutritious food even if you don’t think your schedule allows it.

If you want to change your diet it’s not just cutting things out. Studies show that 8 out of 10 successful people have a written plan.

Well this is the same if not double for changing your diet.

You need to have a diet specifically designed for your life style.(types of food and times to eat them)

What type of carbohydrates should I eat?

When should my first meal start?

What type of vegetables are good for me?……

All of these are questions need to be answered when considering a change in diet.
