How we use Tabada workouts

Tabada ( 20 seconds on with 10 seconds rest)

Monday nights 6:30pm-7:30pm

Tabada is our newest class to The Training Floor. We have decided to add a little more of a cardio twist to our clients workout. The Tabada class can be any combination of exercises. Last Sunday I did TRX vs Kettlebell 20min of Tabada here is how it worked!
