Has been training with George for 4 months.

Training has benefited him because it reduces stress, aches and pain from previous injuries. His mobility has increased .

His initial goals where to get past his injuries and be pain-free. Personal training has increased his strength and stamina.

Favorite exercise is tire flipping.

Favorite meal is steak or salmon.

Russel advises everyone to get a personal trainer. “It’s the way to exercise more efficiently, get pushed harder and perform better.

Most of all working with a personal trainer  is fun!
