Kettlebell Challenge

Last Sunday I worked with my advanced Kettlebell class on some new moves and we came up with a routine we called the Kettlebell challenge.

           Right side-4 figure 8’s to a bottoms up press

          Reverse get up, back up to a windmill to a squat to a rack

          Sing switch to the left and clean
