Phase: 1

4:30-5:00am    6 egg whites 2 yokes 1 full bowl of oatmeal (half of apple) water, coffee

7:00-8:00am   8oz of plain grilled chicken breast, mixed veggies, 1 sweet potatoes, water

9:30-10:00am   10-12oz of bagged tuna, 2 ½ plain rice cakes (half of green apple) water

11:30-12:00pm  8oz of plain grilled chicken breast, mixed veggies, 1 sweet potatoes, water

                                  2 hand full of almonds

2:00-2:30pm      60z of 98% lean beef, mixed veggies, water

5:00-5:30pm      10oz fish, (scrod, tilapia or tuna) mixed veggies

Bonus I’m just so hungry meal

6-7 egg whites or veggie omelet

You must drink 1 gallon of water per day.

You must eat as man veggies as possible

Drink coffee, tea all unsweetened.

Cook with pam/olive oil on salad and cooked veggies.
