Most people join workout routines without any clue on how to achieve the best results. Gone are the days of just showing up for a workout , pressing as hard as you can and then achieving the best results possible. Sorry your body just  doesn’t work that way now  and you are not wired that way anymore….  Today your fitness results come down to these three crucial  components that everyone who is serious about achieving results should take time and consider.

Please don’t be fooled , without those three elements you will never see  maximum results in your fitness routine.
Here are my 3 tips for smart training:

1.Always plan your meals ahead of time(cook the night before, keep healthy snacks, drink water)
2. If you eat bad today do not spend tomorrow starving yourself, (water under the bridge) you can’t get it back, so continue on your regular regimen the next day your body will catch itself up.
3. Rest, Try to get to bed at a reasonable hour and try to repeat that time every night.
