The Training Floor Runners Club
Don’t say you can’t, until you try it! Some love it and some hate it, but running can be an excellent addition to your workout plan. The benefits of running include weight loss, improved cardiovascular health, improved bone health, improved mood and better coordination.
The Training Floor is in search of people at all fitness levels to join our Running Club. The running club will meet some mornings and evenings at The Training Floor. This group will motivate and inspire each other in the areas of endurance, speed, and pace. Members will be notified of local races. Working as a team we will encourage each other with positive attitudes. If you are ready to try and run your first 5k, half marathon, or marathon this is a great way to get motivated and to practice for your big day!
