All you have to do is marinate your chicken for about 2 hrs in 2% Milk. Yeah! MILK! Thats what I said.

Grill your chicken breast to perfection and it will come out Juicy and Flavorfull.
You Have to try it. Plus, it Healthy. You can have it with salad, sauted spinach and rice. Great Meal.
