Today Cat and I filled in for George’s Monday Strength and Agility class.
We had no idea who was going to show up with the holiday and the beautiful sun.
Wow! We had 8 of the toughest Training Floor warriors .
Tires, weights, ladders, hurdles….. nothing could stop these guys from doing this workout.
