TTF At Home/Vacation Workout

Ok Clients this is a workout that should take about 40 -45 minutes.

Make sure you have a towel  and water.

-Warm up:

20 jumping jacks

20 gate swings

20 squates

10 walk out push ups (each time add a push up)

Please repeat this 3 times

  • 10 superman push ups

  • 20 single leg lunges right foot forward

  • 10 super plank push ups

  • 20 single leg lunges left foot forward

  • 15 burpee jump and jacks

  • 20 supermans

  • 10 jump squats

  • 12 T row super planks

  • 20 supermans

  • 20 second plank

  • 25 second bike kicks

  • feet on wall,table, couch push up position hold for 35 seconds

  • feet on wall, table , couch push up position alternate knee to elbow 16 reps total

  • 25 seconds bike kicks

  • right leg reverse lunge with hop 12 reps

  • close grip push ups 10

  • left leg revers lunge with hops 12 reps

  • hold a plank 20 seconds

  • t roll push ups 12

If you still have energy start from the top and repeat.

Please rest and drink water when needed

You will need to try this workout more than once a week each time try and cutt down rest time.
