I love the fitness industry. Being an athlete from the age of 8, I’ve always been involved in sports so finding and learning about the art of 8 limbs (Muay Thai), boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu became second nature to me. I’m passionate about teaching people the things I’ve learned over the years. I like to tell my clients I’m a teacher first, trainer/coach second. I believe in order to fully maximize a good boxing or kickboxing workout you have to have the proper technique. For those who are looking to really learn the sport I teach with reason and logic, constantly explaining why we do certain and things and when.

I have always had a passion for fitness, and determined to learn how and why the body works the way it does I decided to go to school to become a personal trainer.  Helping people reach their goals and understand the way their bodies work is what drives me to stay educated, and updated on different aspects of fitness from cardio to strength, and even flexibility and balance.  Knowing that my clients leave our sessions feeling confident, empowered and more importantly better than when they walked in is what keeps me motivated as a trainer.
