That’s it…this is the average person’s perception. People sometimes measure their fitness success based on the number of visits to the gym, or judge those who look good by assuming that they live in the gym.

How many times do you work out a week? Everyone has one! Does it mean you’re in shape, does it mean you look good? I cannot speak for the entire fitness community but I can tell you about The Training Floor. In fact I won’t speak on it! You tell me, please tell me what your number is?
